Who we are

DEVMy.app is a sole-proprietor software development service run by Jose in Tulare, California, United States. Contact us through our project inquiry form or @devmy.app on Instagram.

Information we collect and use

When you request a project review, we collect your name, email, idea, and the optional project details, preferences, and links you provide. We use them to review your request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, and organize any agreed work. Customer and project records can include contact details, scope, notes, progress, and invoice details and payment status.

If you create a demo account, we process account details, demo prompts, saved demos, and changes so you can return to your work. Technical request information also supports site operation, security, spam prevention, and usage limits. Please leave passwords and sensitive personal information out of ideas, prompts, and project notes.

Browser storage

Inquiry drafts and submitted-request summaries are available to restore in the current browser tab for up to 24 hours. You can clear those copies from their pages. Clearing a browser copy does not delete a submitted request. Downloading a summary saves a text file to your device.

The demo builder may save a pending request ID, account email, and prompt in your browser to recover an interrupted generation request. This is separate from the 24-hour inquiry draft and summary window. Your analytics preference is also saved in your browser. You can remove browser-stored information through your browser settings.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and server functions and supports sign-in for demo accounts. Supabase stores submitted requests, saved demos, and customer and project records. When a payment request is created, Stripe receives customer and invoice details and hosts the payment page. DEVMy.app keeps invoice references, amounts, and payment status to organize billing.

If you use AI demo generation, your prompt is processed through Netlify AI Gateway and OpenAI. Some demos use maps from OpenStreetMap and images from Wikimedia Commons. Image searches may send subject text from a generated demo to Wikimedia Commons. These external services process requests when their content is loaded.

Optional analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it runs only after you allow optional analytics through Cookie preferences. You can change that choice through the same control. These events help us understand page visits and use of the site. Inquiry text, contact details, and URL query strings are excluded from the analytics events sent by this website.

Stored records and your choices

Submitted requests, saved demos, and customer, project, and billing records are separate from browser copies. Clearing browser storage or archiving a demo does not delete those records. To ask about information stored about you, or request access, a correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form or message @devmy.app on Instagram.

We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records. Requests are considered alongside ongoing project, payment, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Jose through those same channels with any privacy questions.
