Service provider

DEVMy.app is a sole-proprietor software development service run by Jose in Tulare, California, United States. These terms explain how inquiries, estimates, and project agreements work.

Free project reviews and starting prices

A project review is free to request and does not commit you to a build or authorize a payment. Custom websites start at $200 for a focused single-page site. Custom apps start at $300 for a compact first version with one agreed workflow. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope.

Your project agreement

Before payment or work begins, we confirm the scope, final price, timeline, deliverables, ownership, access, review and acceptance process, and payment terms in a separate written agreement. That agreement also sets any deposit, refund, and cancellation conditions. Changes or new features are reviewed and quoted separately before they are added.

Payments

Agreed payment requests use Stripe-hosted invoices. Review the project agreement and invoice before paying, and ask Jose about anything that is unclear. Sending an inquiry does not create an automatic charge or subscription. Payment amounts and due dates are shown on the applicable invoice.

Optional app care

App care is $50 per month, separate from development. Inclusions, limits, hosting arrangements, response expectations, renewal, and cancellation conditions are confirmed in the applicable written agreement before the plan starts. Additional features are quoted separately.

Demos and prototypes

Interactive examples and generated demos help explore an idea and plan a first version. Examples may use sample data, and AI-generated results require review. Production features, integrations, content, testing, and launch requirements are defined in your project agreement.
